Instructions :
Prime the reverse of the canvas with heavy gesso,it looks like a frame.
Use the stencils to give a desired effect of texture  that you like to see on your project.
I gave a little rough and leafy effect to match the stamped and diecut flowers.
On the watercolor paper I stamped the images with black archival ink using Scenic Combo Stamps with masking technique to make a complete scene using both the stamps in the set.
Masking Technique - First stamp one image, cover it with a same shape paper cutout, place over it and then stamp another image, remove the masking paper, get the image been seen in the background.
Color it with any brand of watercolor you already have.I used colorful bright colors depicting spring.
Now matching with the same colors used on the main image, color the gessoed canvas frame too.
Stamp with word background stamp and floral images using archival inks.

To make the flowers,on pink and sea green parchment paper first stamp the Flowring Dogwood floral images with ColorBox Frost White Pigment Ink, heat emboss it with Bridal Tinsel embossing powder.
Spray some water and shape and emboss them using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit.
Use liquid pearl to form the centre of the flowers.
Arrange the layout and adhere the flowers with glue gun.
Apply some Multi Medium Matte on the base of the inner canvas frame and sprinkle some art stones.
Cut out the sentiments from design paper, layer it over pink paper and glue them up from two sides giving a curved 3d shape.

Stamp, cut, color the peacock and adhere it using double sided foam tape to give it a raised effect over the flowers.

The frame is ready to adorn your desired place :)
